CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION

Our trained competent staff will assist your business in compliance with the Construction Lien Act!  As the designee we:

1

Prepare a Notice of Commencement and record at the Register of Deeds.

2

Provide a copy of Notice of Commencement when requested along with a blank Notice of Furnishing to sub-contractors.

3

Prepare Sworn Statement and submit to owner/contractor and lender for approval.

4

Notify suppliers and sub-contractors of new Sworn Statement upon request.

5

Provide copy of Sworn Statement to supplier or sub-contractor within ten (10) business days if requested. (As required by Lien Act)

6

Provide blank Notice of Furnishings to any suppliers or sub-contractors within then (10) business days upon request.

7

Collect fully executed waivers of lien from suppliers and sub-contractors.

8

Distribute checks to builders, sub-contractors and suppliers upon receipt of lender funds.

9

Provide a written report to builder upon request.

10

Provide a final accounting of the project for the parties prior to end loan.
